Essential
oils are a volatile product; i.e., they are occassionally
difficult to get and the supply depends largely upon harvest
times, economic hardship in the country of origin, or
political situations. Most oils are available at all times,
but there will be an occasion when we cannot obtain an
oil or product for a few weeks.
Product availability will fluctuate and if a product is
not available or
will be back-ordered, we will notify you by email immediately.
Apothecary items are custom-made
and must "synergize," i.e., they must sit on
the shelf while mixing for at least seven days. Then they
are shipped. Please excuse the delay in getting the products
to you.
Shipping
Shipping prices apply to USA Only - International buyers
will be issued a PayPal invoice to their email shortly
after their order is placed, to bill the difference in
shipping prices after calculations are made to ship their
package to their international destination. We regret
any inconvenience this may cause.
Returns
Products can only be returned if they are:
1) Sealed with the sealing tape and unused; or
2) Broken, if a bottle or jar is broken it can be sent
back for a replacement.
No returns on open bottles or jars that are not damaged.
We cannot be sure that the product is still pristine.
Refunds: No refunds are made
on any products unless an item is charged by mistake or
cannot be obtained.
Privacy
Your privacy is highly regarded and will never be
compromised through our website or PayPal. We do not hold
credit card numbers, in fact we are never provided them
when you pay through PayPal. Your email addresses and
other personal information are never sold, published,
or otherwise divulged.
